Peachy Berry Crisp

    • 1/2 cup wheat germ
    • 1/2 cup Quaker Oats, quick or old fashioned, uncooked
    • 1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
    • 1/4 cup all purpose flour
    • 4 tbsp margarine or butter, melted
    • 1 tsp ground cinnamon


    • Filling:
    • 5 cups peeled, sliced ripe peaches, about 6 large
    • 2 cups fresh blueberries
    • 1 tbsp all purpose flour

     
    1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F

    2. For topping, combine all topping ingredients in a small bowl; mix well. Set aside.

    3. For filling, combine peaches, blueberries and flour in large bowl; stir until fruit is evenly coated.

    4. Spoon into 8" square glass baking dish.

    5. Sprinkle topping evenly over fruit.

    6. Bake 30 - 35 minutes or until peaches are tender. Serve Warm.
