Peachy Berry Crisp submitted by ansondale
- 1/2 cup wheat germ
- 1/2 cup Quaker Oats, quick or old fashioned, uncooked
- 1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 4 tbsp margarine or butter, melted
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Filling:
- 5 cups peeled, sliced ripe peaches, about 6 large
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1 tbsp all purpose flour
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
2. For topping, combine all topping ingredients in a small bowl; mix well. Set aside.
3. For filling, combine peaches, blueberries and flour in large bowl; stir until fruit is evenly coated.
4. Spoon into 8" square glass baking dish.
5. Sprinkle topping evenly over fruit.
6. Bake 30 - 35 minutes or until peaches are tender. Serve Warm.
