After like 5 months of doing nothing, Jessie and I FINALLY got some practice in! I know, it's my fault cause i'm freaking lazyyy. But Battle Of the Bands is once again coming to town on March 29th and ahh! We need to get ready! We have 3 or 4 new songs that we're going to play including "Bloody Murder", "John Loves Jane", and the supah fun ska song, "Bassin' Up Da Joint". Mario and Fredo are gonna join us with their trumpets! Horrah! Horns! Let's just hope this actually turns out good. And it's Lent so don't eat meat and quit with the quickies!

I UPDATED THE WEBSITE! FINALLY! It has an awesome new look and Nottlerite gots new members! Her name is Kim, she plays the geetar, and yeah yeah yeah shes another Manic Hispanic. I am the minority!!!!! But she rocks and she plays @ Sunday masses for Jesus! GASP! Unfortunately, Myko can't play with us @ the battle of the bands in March so we gotta find a replacement drummer for that day. Kim says she found someone named Melissa... yes... one of our species... shes a sophomore and goes to our skewl! JOYY!! HORRAHH!! CHICK BANDS ROCK! Stay tuned to hear more bout this new drummer. Oh, and Kim says shes Hispanic also. I am truly, the minority :P

We played Brave Jam again. It was fun and I gotta say, that was probably our best performance ever and we covered a spanish song! What's it called again? Dame Un Poco Mas? No wait, thats MDO :P I forgot what its called! I can't believe it! It's the one that goes "Oohh baby no puede esconderlo" with the oohs and the aahs n it was the theme song for some novela. Great job Kim! And thanks for making that awesome bling blinging poster!

AHHH!! YES!!! SCORE!! WE GOT A SHOW!!!!!!! It's gonna be on Thursday, July 25th at Skateland in Whittier. The bands playing are us, Thwack, Undesyted, Overlooked, and Order 52, but this isn't confirmed yet. I'll update when i get more info.

Ok so here's the scenario: 1.) We wanna record a demo/cd 2.)Vanessa's car got towed yesterday when we went to W. Hollywood so we're $164.50 in debt and we need to pay it or we're screwed n our rents won't give us the money. The solution: A benefit show, with Thwack and Undesyted. What we need: A place to play :P If not, it'll probably be at someone's house, i don't know, but we really really really need the $$!

Show Saturday @ St. John Bosco. It's for Junior Picnic and there's only gonna be 2 bands playing. One Josephs band and one Bosco band. So it's us and some Bosco band. Come n watch if u have the chance.

Show tomorrow @ St. Joseph elementary in Long beach. Go look for it in the yellow pages. My head hurts and i have to sing tomorrow and I have cauluses on my fingers [yeah ewww] and they hurt like a mother so leave me alone. Oh yeah, we need a ride. N e takers?

NOTTLERITE PLAYED THE SJHS TALENT SHOW!!!! It took place on Thursday, March 21, 2002. Geez we didn't even know we were gonna play until 5 hours before!!!!!! 4 acts dropped out n Lynna, president of Club A.M.I.G.A., and in charge of the Talent Show, got all stressed cause like there wasn't that many acts playing. So i volunteered to help out Lynna [she's also my twin!] n Jessie said she could do it so we called Myko n he said he could drum for us n low and behold! We played the talent show! We just played 2 songs, Yellow 5 and Jessica's Song, n it went great actually. We didn't win, but oh well. It's the first step to selling out! GASP! haha :P

Howdy doody neighbooroonies! Yeah so i finally made a news page. Wow, awesome, super! So we're planning on practicing some more during Spring Break but no one cares.

We had practice n recorded a 2 song demo on cassette on... a little purple radio... yes, its purple... yeah so well the 2 songs on it are "Yellow 5" and "Jessica's Song" n the vocals suck! but the bass is rockin'. Oh and yeah i wrote 2 new songs, "Pooper" and "Everything's Nottlerite". Oh yeah, welcome to the site. It's new. Yeah. Horrah. Big enthusiasm.
