| THE dfx formed sometime in 2001 (I think) and have been sucking ever since. Three of the four members (Tim, Ryan, and Mike) had been in bands together before, and since none of them happened to be doing anything worthwhile at the time (not that they're doing anything worthwhile now) they decided to form yet another shitty band in a world that already has too many shitty bands. Nic was a fanboy of one of Mike, Ryan, and Tim's old bands (DWM) and was dragged along for the ride. He'll regret it someday, I'm sure. Well, I think that one paragraph pretty much sums THE dfx up.
