Subject: Covert wiretapping, computer hacking, surveillance, stalking and cyber-stalking

Respected Sir,

There is growing problem of unauthorized or covert use advanced high-tech spy devices (cameras, snooping devices, Electromagnetic emission devices) which track A-Z of any person’s activity – speech, writing, bodily movements, computer and web usage (cyber-stalking) etc, even in darkness – from a considerable distance away (from neighboring buildings, distant buildings etc).

Use of these devices is becoming a common feature among ordinary people, for criminal purposes, stalking, eavesdropping on other’s private activities, computer hacking, vocal conversation, telephone conversation etc – in gross violation of

1.       the Supreme Court ruling on wire-tapping/illegal surveillance

2.       IT 2000 law prohibiting computer hacking

These devices are latest advances in technology; making both the Supreme Court ruling as well as the IT law “outdated” in comparison.

There is no way an ordinary citizen can build evidence for court submission, when confronted by these invisible “covert” monitoring; unless and until an undercover investigation is launched by the Central Intelligence or investigative journalists.

I would like you to go through the following web-site which contains certain sections outlining the growing use of advanced spying devices for covert eavesdropping among the common man and woman in India.

http://www.geocities.com/praisethebuddha/

Specific pages:

1.       Use of Spy Cameras and Snooping Devices in India

a.      Chapter 2

b.       Chapter 3

  1. Stalking

a.       Chapter 1

b.       Chapter 4

Will it be possible to launch an undercover journalistic investigation on the truth behind (the extent of use of high tech electromagnetic emission based spy devices) and educate the masses through the print media in local dialects or languages on the misuse of covert surveillance, without legal permission, please?

Use of such high tech devices is slowly becoming a sort of leisure activity among modern society men and women, with a live pornographic tinge (trapping women, voyeurism etc) as a motivator.

Thank you,

Yours sincerely,

Sreegopal N Sreekumaran

Use of these devices is becoming a common feature among ordinary people, for criminal purposes, stalking, eavesdropping on other’s private activities, computer hacking, vocal conversation, telephone conversation etc – in gross violation of

1.       the Supreme Court ruling on wire-tapping/illegal surveillance

2.       IT 2000 law prohibiting computer hacking

These devices are latest advances in technology; making both the Supreme Court ruling as well as the IT law “outdated” in comparison.

There is no way an ordinary citizen can build evidence for court submission, when confronted by these invisible “covert” monitoring; unless and until an undercover investigation is launched by the Central Intelligence or concerned law enforcement.

I would like you to go through the following web-site which contains certain sections outlining the growing use of advanced spying devices for covert eavesdropping among the common man and woman in India.

http://www.geocities.com/praisethebuddha/

Specific pages:

1.       Use of Spy Cameras and Snooping Devices in India

a.      Chapter 2

b.       Chapter 3

  1. Stalking

a.       Chapter 1

b.       Chapter 4

Will it be possible to launch an undercover investigation on the truth behind (the extent of use of high tech electromagnetic emission based spy devices) and educate the masses through the print media in local dialects or languages on the misuse of covert surveillance, without legal permission, please?

Use of such high tech devices is slowly becoming a sort of leisure activity among modern society men and women, with a live pornographic tinge (trapping women, voyeurism etc) as a motivator.

Thank you,

Yours sincerely,

Sreegopal N Sreekumaran

There is no way an ordinary citizen can build evidence for court submission,

when confronted by these invisible “covert” monitoring; unless and until an

undercover investigation is launched by the Central Intelligence or concerned

law enforcement.

I would like you to go through the following web-site which contains certain

sections outlining the growing use of advanced spying devices for covert

eavesdropping among the common man and woman in India.

Specific pages:

1.      Use of Spy Cameras and Snooping Devices in India

a.      Chapter 2

b.      Chapter 3

2.      Stalking

a.      Chapter 1

b.      Chapter 4

Will it be possible to launch an undercover investigation on the truth behind

(the extent of use of high tech electromagnetic emission based spy devices) and

educate the masses through the print media in local dialects or languages on the

misuse of covert surveillance, without legal permission, please?

Use of such high tech devices is slowly becoming a sort of leisure activity

among modern society men and women, with a live pornographic tinge (trapping

women, voyeurism etc) as a motivator.

Thank you,

Yours sincerely,

Subject: Covert wiretapping, computer hacking, surveillance, stalking and

cyber-stalking

Respected Sir,

There is growing problem of unauthorized or covert use advanced high-tech spy

devices (cameras, snooping devices, Electromagnetic emission devices) which

track A-Z of any person’s activity – speech, writing, bodily movements, computer

and web usage (cyber-stalking) etc, even in darkness – from a considerable

distance away (from neighboring buildings, distant buildings etc).

Use of these devices is becoming a common feature among ordinary people, for

criminal purposes, stalking, eavesdropping on other’s private activities,

computer hacking, vocal conversation, telephone conversation etc – in gross

violation of

1.      the Supreme Court ruling on wire-tapping/illegal surveillance

2.      IT 2000 law prohibiting computer hacking

These devices are latest advances in technology; making both the Supreme Court

ruling as well as the IT law “outdated” in comparison.

There is no way an ordinary citizen can build evidence for court submission,

when confronted by these invisible “covert” monitoring; unless and until an

“Thou belongest to That Which Is Undying, and not merely to time alone,” murmured the Sphinx, breaking its muteness at last. “Thou art eternal, and not merely of the vanishing flesh. The soul in man cannot be killed, cannot die. It waits, shroud-wrapped, in thy heart, as I waited, sand-wrapped, in thy world. Know thyself, O mortal! For there is One within thee, as in all men, that comes and stands at the bar and bears witness that there IS a God!
