About the Festival
This year marks the third year for the North Mont Film Festival. The festival's intention is to showcase local film talent and give amateur filmmakers a chance to screen their work publicly. The festival is a non-profit endeavor started by Nicholas Fair, a local filmmaker himself, with the intention to promote amateur film throughout Eastern Pennsylvania. In it's second year, the festival is run by Jeremy Clemmer, Tim Hipszer and Jeremiah Peck, all local filmmakers with roots in the Upper Perkiomen Community.
The festival is scheduled for July 26th at 9:15 PM and 27th at 4:15 PM. The theater is located at 252 Main Street, East Greenville, Pennsylvania. Ticket prices will be $4 and all proceeds will either go to the funding of the festival or back to the theater to maintain its restoration of this historic landmark.
