May 2007 meeting in a nutshell . . .


Graduating Seniors:
We had 3 troops with Graduating Seniors this year. Congrats.

Finance Reports:
All finance reports are due no later then May 15th.. Please mail to Carole Anderson

Annual Giving :
Dawn Fisher handed out the envelopes. Please remember to give to families during Court of Awards. We are only $100.00 away from our goal. The dead line is June 30th.  Thanks to everyone  who helped out.

Scouting for Food:
We would like to say thanks to those who helped with this event. 1600 pounds of food was collected for the North Saint Paul Food Shelf. Way to go!!!!!

Day Camp:

We need more registrations for Camp other wise we will have to cancele the event to to not enough sign ups. Please we do not want this event to be canceled.. Also pass on to your parents that bussing is provided for this event.

Disbanding Troops/ Early Registration:
Early registrations are due to Lisa Thompson by June 30th. Please do not mail to council.

Encampment is September 28-30, 2007 at Lakamaga. Thank you Teri R., Terry G., Wanda R. and Mary Z. for stepping up to plan this event!!!!
The theme is New York, New York. Registrations have been handed out. So far we have about 18 troops going with about 151 girls attending. If you have not turned in your registration yet please get that mail to Jeanette Haugen right away.

Service Team Co-Managers:
At this time we would like to say thank you to Car iPieczykolan. This was her last year as Service Team Co-Leader. We would like to thank her for all her hard work. We would also  like to  welcome Nancy Gerhardson and Jeanette Haugen. They will be taking over this position with Joan staying on 1 more year to help them out.  Again thank you Cari and welcome aboard Nancy and Jeanette.
