There is some doubt whether the Eleanor Jackson born 2 Jun 1695 to Robert Jackson is the same as the one who married Lawrence Gray in 1729. As this is the only marriage on record for two people of the same name in County Durham, the only other possibility is they may have married elsewhere before coming to Sunderland from another County.
