What I'll be doing with this Matte Painting in the weeks to come is showing you how to add animated elements so it doesn't look like a still photo. I'll be animating tiny lights to represent cars travelling on the streets and adding a twinkle and animated sparkle to to the more distant lights. The haze will have a very subtle turbulence. And then there will be 3D flying jet-cars added.
