SUMMER 2003 - CAMPING
Although our summer does not start till the end of May I thought I would include some family photos made in May. We have three birthdays in the month of May, in addition to Mother's Day.
This is Grandma & Grandpa the day of our celebration.

Michelle, Josh and Ralph.........................................Steve, Amanda and Debbie.

Ralph made this Wishing Well for our front yard and Steve helped him deliver and set it up. I was so excited to get this, as I had wanted one for sometime.
I made this photo in early July after my Geranium bloomed.

We started our summer camping, with a trip to Anchor Point. Bill and Steve went fishing while the ladies stayed in camp. Bill landed his biggest Halibut, weighing in at 42 pounds. - he was thrilled.

On our way home we stopped at a place where they make and sell handmade carvings. I just had to have this little bear. He is carved, using a chain saw. Steve mounted him on our fence out front.

My son and his family spend much of their summer camping and riding their ATV's.
Here are Michelle and Ralph relaxing at camp. They have their own truck/camper, but this must be a friends tent.
Here they are in the back country. It is a dark, cloudy evening and Josh has been riding with his Dad. Michelle has stuck her machine in the mud. Ralph goes back to help and Josh pretends he is towing them out! There are other friends nearby.

Here they are in a different part of Alaska. Although they all three have their own machines. Looks as if Josh has parked his and is playing on the rocky shore. A beautiful clear day to be cruising down the river!
