November Meeting!!

The November meeting will be held November 19th at Tulley Pontiac in Nashua, NH. We will meet upstairs in the conference room at 2pm. The dealership telephone number is 603-888-0550.  Fond them on line at www.tulley.com.

Hope to see you there!!

2006 Holiday Party!

We are considering a less formal atmosphere for this year’s event. In lieu of that, we are looking for couples/families interested in getting together as a group to get together for dinner/good times to help usher in the holidays as opposed to having to wash/wax/drive/re-detail at a show.

If you are interested, we hope you’ll contact Bob Whitcher at 603-382-7283 or e-mail him at [email protected] to let him know you are interested in attending. This will help us in regards to reservations, room size, etc., so please contact Bob at your earliest opportunity so we can help guarantee a good time!

2006 Chapter Elections

Yes, it’s not too early to start thinking about the upcoming elections. A lot of us have been carrying on at the same positions for several years now. Think about getting more involved in the management of the club! Fresh ideas/viewpoints can only help us grow as an organization. Unsure whether you are completely content in the direction the club is going? It’s easy to be a passenger, the real challenge is when you finally get to drive!!

If you’d like to run for a position (President, Vice-President, Newsletter Editor [PLEASE!!]), send in your nomination to either Matt Turner or Bob Whitcher before the next newsletter and we’ll get you on the ballot. Just include your name and a brief biography (“Hi my name is” and “I’d like to do xxxxx because…”) and we’ll be happy to add you to the ballot.

Your Article Could Should Be Here!!

As you may have noticed, I’m running low on material for the newsletter. It would be appreciated that if you are doing some work on your car, go to a show, etc., that you take a few moments and write a brief article for the newsletter.

In many cases, the work you are doing can help others avoid mistakes, gives some hints/trick that may not have been thought of, or even give them the momentum they need to give it a try. I’ll keep going as long as I can find material, document a project or get permission to reprint an article. Otherwise, the newsletter may become thinner, bi-monthly, or begin sprouting articles on roller coasters, my fish tank, or anything else I can find! A few folks have sent articles in the past, but more are needed from a larger group. We need more folks to contribute!
