| The farmhouse offers simple accommodation: Living room, sitting/dining room with fireplace and "open design kitchen". Oven, microwave,electric cooker, in the pantry a dishwasher, freezer, refrigerator and washing machine. Upstairs 3 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with a double bed in each, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, cot provided. Modern bathroom with bath, basin and W.C. Gas central heating throughout. |

| Services: Heating during winter by central heating (FREE), in the summer by open fire (FREE). You are supposed to leave the cottage the way you found it, however cleaning can be arranged (chargeable UK 15,--). Pets are accepted free of charge if kept in kitchen/diningroom NOT in bed rooms (many people are allergic to pets) and outside under strict control because of sheep in adjoining fields. Immersion, parking, children welcome, garden and furniture, small 15" flatscreen TV with DVD player. Bed linen is provided. |

| To our returning guests: In 2007 the bed linen will be included in the rates. Due to the fact that the cottage is over 250 yars old, some area's are rather small, this goes especially for the work space in the kitchen. By adding a dish washer in the kitchen, you gain a little work space as it is free of dirty dishes. |
