State agencies looking at offers to oral sex tips house sex offenders

HARTFORD -- The Rell administration is hoping to line up secured housing for newly released sex offenders in a matter of weeks.
State officials are reviewing three offers from private, nonprofit organizations to shelter and provide programs for sex offenders in settings under 24-hour supervision.
The Department of Correction and the Judicial Department want beds and services available Nov. 1, according to a state-issued tom brady sex tape timeline.

There is no way a sex offender can reintegrate back into society.
With all the knee jerk legislation that has already been past. It is virtually impossible for a former offender to become a successful and contributing member of society.
Myths lies and vote hungry politicians have scared the beejesus out of society to the point of national hysteria.
