It is sad that I must go over these things. If I do not some net jerk or spammer or net troll will use my lapse to cause trouble.

1. I live in America aka The United States of America aka USA. We have a very nice piece of political rights called "The Bill of Rights" upon which our Constitution is formed. The chief one used every day is Freedom of Speech. In General terms as long as what I speak is not knowingly deceptive or fraudulent, I can say what ever I want. I will be exercising that guaranteed right under American law here on this net site. If you think you may have a problem with that, you might wish to leave this site now.
If you think you can file a civil lawsuit against me in your country and win for some perceived or real civil problem, please do guess again. I will not show up. It is not so much that I want to curse or disrespect or flame your country. My monthly income is too weak. Not all Americans make $50K a year or more. There are more of us who make under 25K per year than you may know. Even if I can get there, how am I to know the legal differences. I would use what I know which will not work. Your country's laws would be different enough I would be in trouble. I would need an attorney. Most attorneys do not come cheap. I do not make a lot of money. If you file a criminal case against me, I will fight the extradition attempt. I will not go willingly to your country to fight a criminal case in my view you have no right to attempt.
I will not post known crap or junk here. I will post only truth. Suspected truths will be posted as such. Please learn to live in a unified world here in cyberspace.
2. You may have a problem or problems with what I speak about on this net site. I will not curb my tongue in an effort to reach politcal correctness.
3. I will be my normal digital direct self on this net site. Do expect digital direct speech from me.
4. I will accept constructive criticism on how I can be better on this site. Complaints, Criticism, Flames, and general garbage will be cheerfully ignored.
5. I am a spam hater. Do not expect friendly spam chat here. I care not if it is email spam or phone spam.
6. I may use adult language on this site without warning. If you are under 18 year age, you may or may not wish to leave.
7. I am an individual. Here in America that does still mean something. That can not be said in all other countries which is quite unfortunate for the citizens.
