An Angel Without Wings

An angel without wings
An angel without God
Lost in a world
She thought she knew
Pain surrounds her every move
Making her run
No where to turn
No escape
She hides within
Hoping it will change
A man walks by
Asking for her help
A new pain begins
Deep within her shoulders
Where her wings once were
Slowly she moves
To the find the man
That once haunted her dreams
He slowly picks her up
To hold her tight
To place a kiss upon her lips
A light fills her
Pure and honest
Full of love
Her wings begin to grow
Her thoughts become stronger
She starts to feel a sense of longing within her
As she looks into his face
She relizes the truth
He was made for her
He came back to her
After she had lost her way
Over time wounds heal
With love by your side
Who knows what you can do
She breaks threw her sheild
And walks out on the other side
Into his waiting arms
The arms of her god

I saw the cross
I knew it was you
From high above
Smiling down
Telling us you were okay
The day will come
When I am with you
Running through the fields
You where so young
When the Lord
Took you from us
Only 15
You had years to go
I will see you return
Wish you were here
To help guide me through life
But you're not
I will wait for the dreams
To take me to you
That tralior burned
The cross stood out
Your sign to me
My love to you
I will see you soon

Untitled 2

The rumble grows louder as you come nearer
The taste of fear vanishes
Replaced by sweet tears
A white spotlight shines at me
A loud whistle sounds into the starless night
The ground beneath me shakes and shutters
I hug myself as the whistle sounds once more
I am alone in the night
With darkness pressing closer at my sides
Release will soon find me
The light is becoming blinding
The rumble louder
I always knew something was wrong
It's time to fix it
Faces fill my mind
Sadness fills me
I take one last deep breath
And I step off the tracks
As the train passes me by
