Highlands fourth, fifth at ASU run
New Mexico Highlands men and women cross country teams ran fourth and fifth, respectively, in the Arizona State Invite Oct. 6, the best finishes in the meet among non-Division I teams.
Cowboy varsity finishes, times: Omar Munoz (fifth, 26:21), Rudy Martinez (17th, 27:22.6), Matt Gonzales (20th, 27:35.9), Randy Billey (27th, 28:07.6), Eloy Sanchez (37th, 28:37.6).
Cowgirl varsity finishes, times: Mariquita Vigil (12th, 20:33.5), Meredith Moore (14th, 20:44.6), Anna Williams (17th, 20:58.8), Kim Romero (23rd, 21:32.3), Danielle Nejdl (38th, 22:43.7).
