�Will you let go of me,� I nearly growl, trying to free myself to no avail, �I can�t breathe!� The man comes equipped with death grip, I swear.
�If you can still talk, Luna, then you can still breathe!�
He uses this excuse to cling to me as I try to pry him off me and Tai and Tao are nearly falling over each other, they�re laughing so hard. Himeko walks in on this little scene and stares at all of us like she�s the only sane person in an insane asylum. Sometimes I think she�s not too far off.
�Am I�interrupting something?�
�Hime-chan!�
Bladen releases me suddenly and moves to tackle Himeko as well. However, Himeko gracefully sidesteps, leaving Dakumi, who had just walked in behind her, to take the hit. The twins, Himeko, and myself all flinch when Dakumi loses his balance and falls backward, taking Bladen with him, then hits the floor. This will go over wonderfully.
Dakumi has this look of shock on his face, having been caught completely off guard and now finding himself laying on the floor with Bladen leering down at him. Silence reigns as Himeko and I exchange glances, and Tao begins to comment, but realizes he can�t come up with something to express this current situation. And then it happened.
�Well hello there, beautiful,� Bladen murmurs, right before pinning Dakumi�s wrists and kissing him deeply. There was a muffled sound of protest that sounded somewhat like a snarl from Dakumi as he struggled, and as soon as Bladen released him, he had a gun pointed at my fellow wolf�s head, glaring death. I have no doubts he actually would have shot him had I not chosen that moment to fall to the floor laughing hysterically.
All present turned to stare at me like I as a nut, except for Bladen, who grabbed a tight hold of the wrist that held Dakumi�s gun and held it well away from him as he used the distraction I�d caused to steal another kiss.
Bladen bolted after that, and I just laughed harder as Dakumi jumped up to give chase (and to shoot a few rounds into his face) only to be tripped by Himeko.
She had an oddly serene, innocent look on her face as she made tripping him look like a complete accident, and he fell flat on his face. Only Himeko could pull off making Dakumi seem a fool look so easy. He let out a growl from where he lay on the floor, but made no effort to move.
Ishiro-taijou called just then to ask something about�I don�t know what. But Tao was attempting to explain to him why I was laughing like a madwoman without actually telling the truth, while Tai just shrugged from where he�d kneeled beside me, deciding I was hopeless.
