Its been scarcely half an hour and Im down here in the lobby again, sitting to the side of the stairs, just now having managed to compose myself. It took half an hour, but now I no longer burst into laughter every time the thought of whats happened runs through my mind. Kiyo bursts through the glass doors, Bladen cradled in his arms, nearly loosing his balance several times as he slips on the smooth stone of the floor. No one ever pays attention at the slippery when wet signs by the doors anymore. As he spots me, he stops his abuse of the elevator button long enough to give me a look that would kill me if looks could. He opens his mouth to say something, but the elevator door slide open at that point, so he disappears from my view as he practically dives in. Taking the stairs really would have been faster, but I suppose he figured the jostling movements of him running up the stairs wouldnt be very good for his charge. Hah, as if hell live through the night anyway. Its some ungodly hour of the morning (five-twenty seven, I see as I check my watch out of curiosity), but here I am. Kiyo came stumbling in here shortly after seven and it took roughly nine hours just to get Bladen in a relatively stable condition. Things calmed down up here only two hours ago, and the twins must have talked Kiyo into going home and getting some sleep because hes not up here. Perfect. Its a surprise Bladen has managed to survive a bullet puncturing his lung, and the blood loss besides, but Ill remedy that. Ill steal him away from Kiyo like he stole Ara from me. Ill even shoot him in the head while he lays defenseless. What goes around, comes around. And somehow its extremely gratifying Ill be using Kiyos gun to do it. You deserve to suffer, I whisper harshly, deserve a more painful death than this. But, well, I suppose Ill take what I can get. However, I dont get that far, because as I draw the gun, something stings the back of my neck. I fall backwards, hitting my head on the floor hard, but not caring right now. Through the dim morning light that filters through the window blinds and my own quickly blurring vision, I find myself looking up at the twins. People are predictable I smirk slightly as Ishiros words echo though my mind. He knew exactly what Id do. He knew, and he actually warned them. Probably to make it seem less like he's the one behind it somehow. Hell say he egged me on in order to figure out what I was up to. Ah, that insane Hirami-kun. You wont believe what hes told me... I only have two words for him as I slip into unconsciousness. You backstabbing bastard |
