Theme/Organizer: Celebrations
Students will be expected to:
- 1.1 appreciate that celebrating special religious days is important in all religions
- 1.2 share the variety of religious and cultural traditions, customs, and practices represented in their class, school, community
- 1.3 appreciate that celebrating special days is important for them as members of their families, schools and communities
- 1.4 appreciate the meaning of Christmas, Lent and Easter in a religious context
