After you have taken the time to learn about each of the outcomes print of this sheet and go check it out to see what you are already doing without realizing it. You'll be surprised how much you've already covered.

Planning Sheet
Once you have figured out which outcomes you need to work one print of this sheet. You can personalize if by deleting all the ones you've already covered if you like. Then go down through each out come you need to make a conscious effort to cover and think of ways that you can cover them and jot down ideas.

Record Planning Sheet
Once you have figured out ways to cover each of the outcomes print off this sheet to plan ways to record that fact that each outcomes has been covered. Jot down your ideas.

Once you have all that done you have a plan for your year. You can use this plan to guide your activities from day to day. Print off another record sheet, or and jot down notes about activites that you do as you do them.
