Day 1 Christchurch
Meet at Christchurch Airport (please provide us schedule).
Drop luggage at accommodation.
Then we will start exploring Christchurch, the second largest city in New Zealand where neo-Gothic architecture lends a surreal charm to a thriving, exciting, bustling city. Visit Cathedral in Center of Christchurch. You will see Christchurch scenery if you go up top of the chapel (optional). Visit famous River Avon, Art Center, Botanical Garden. You may go up Gondola which will bring you up to see Christchurch town scenery (optional). Continue exploring Christchurch. Visit International Antarctic Center (recommended option) to experience the recreation of the atmosphere and environment of Antarctica providing visitors with an interactive, fun and exciting experience of the "Great White South". Shopping for our food for dinner.
From Christchurch, kick off to visit Bungy Jumping site in Hanmer springs...3 2 1 Jump! If you are interested in jumping or other activities as Jet Boating, River Rafting, please confirm us in advance because we need to book in advance for you. Then ready to go Kaikoura, a world renowned as the whale-watching center of New Zealand. You will enjoy beautiful scenery along the east coast of New Zealand. Come spend time and take pictures of seals (they are really cute!). Kaikoura is also famous for Lobster/Clayfish. You can buy it along the way for your meal...just let us know we'll stopover. Whale watch activity is an option. Then travel to Nelson. Then go to accommodation (our home).
Day 3 Nelson (top of the south - Center of New Zealand)
Nelson is the sunniest city in New Zealand. Visit Center of New Zealand. Site seeing around Nelson. Enjoy picking your own New Zealand fruits (depend on season and availability) e.g. raspberry, boysenberry, strawberry, nectarine....yumm.... Relax and enjoy wine tasting in a vineyard but please don't get drunk . Visit Tahunanui beach and parks. Nelson also has so many extreme activities for you to choose e.g. sky diving, hangliding, and so on. Shopping for food and come home....start cooking.....
Catch your own Salmon and tour the salmon farm at Anatoki Farm. You can either eat the fish you catch there (free cooking) or bring the fillet home...really good fun. Then if we still have enough time (depends on how long you spend in fishing), we can go to Abel Tasman Park. There are Water Taxi available. Back to Nelson.
Day 5 Nelson-West Coast- Cape Foulwind- Punakaiki Pancake Rock.
Cruising from Nelson see beautiful scenery along the way to upper West Coast. Reach Cape Foulwind. Then we cruise further to Punakaki Pancake Rock. These fascinating limestone formations put on a spectacular spouting display in certain sea conditions. The eroded rock layers look like stacks of pancakes. Water is forced by the waves into small holes, where it blows upward, making tiny geysers. Return to Nelson, back to accommodation.
Day 6 Nelson-Christchurch
Packing our back to go back to Christchurch to be ready for your journey home.
