How to Keep our Brain well?

Recently I have read a very great book, entitled ‘Being Genius’. I think that book is a very great book to be read by a student, because after we read that book we can know what was our mistake before and what actually the things that we need to do related to operate our brain well.
Our brain can be divided into two parts, which is the left
and the right part and each of part has each own function. We usually use
our left brain for listen, write down
something, discuss in the class, think
something and also memorize something. While we usually use our right brain
for creativity, singing, imagining something and also has a day dreaming.
What is the thing that makes us cannot think and be concentrate well in the class activity? Because, every moment and activity that we have in the class, mostly use our left brain. We listen to the teacher, we write down the materials, we think about the lesson and also when we are having a discussion, we use our left brain. While our left brain fill so full and so hard with too many things to do, our right brain has nothing to do. That’s why we usually did a day dreaming in the classroom, because our right brain wants to balance up our left brain. Less of concentration can be cause of we do the activity which has no correlation between the left and right brain in the same time.
Start from now, let’s operate our brain well and don’t force our brain to do the things that not supposed to do. Having a creative and innovative lesson in the class is such of activity that we can do. For example, we prepare pencil color or pen with many colors, to make us not feel bored and dizzy to stay a lot of times in the class. Don’t forget to have a mind map for every lesson, because it can help us in managing our brain well. The last thing is let’s start to memorize and understand by using our right brain. Because it will save for longtime in our brain rather that in we memorize it by using our left brain, it will only save for two days or even less.
