July 23rd - Sudanese Night
Welcome
Our trip to Sudan was very memorable indeed! We had four tour guides - Esther (pronounced like "Steer" with a real roll of the tongue on the "r"), Naisar, Tahani, and Reem (also with a roll of the tongue). With their expert guidance, we learnt a bit of Arabic, played some Sudanese games, ate some awesome Sudanese food, listened to some Sudanese songs, and participated in some great Sudanese dances!

Sacha also did some interviewing of the four in panel style. She asked them heaps of questions about their country, including questions about the persecution of Christians that goes on there. Finally, Sacha wrapped it up with an absolutely brilliant message about how Jesus was persecuted more than any one of us, and how He has come to set us truly free!
