The Sheboygan Common Council passed an ordinance Monday night that essentially bans sex offenders from moving anywhere within the city limits.
The ban, approved 14-0 by the council, will prohibit a registered sex offender wishing to move to Sheboygan from living within 2,000 feet of any school, licensed day-care center, place of worship, park,
teen sex trail or playground, or any other location designated by the city.
The ordinance, however, will require tweaking by the council to include several lots in the Fox Meadows subdivision on the city's far southwest side that are outside the 2,000-foot limit, to ensure the entire city is covered by the ban.

Mayor Juan Perez supports the sex-offender ban, saying that "overall, the ordinance is a solid good package."
"It's extremely well-intended, it addresses a situation that's very dear to the heart of many people, and that people are very concerned about," Perez said.
Upon learning from City Attorney Steve McLean about the lots that did not fall under the 2,000-foot buffer, some aldermen sought to increase the limit to 2,500 feet. McLean suggested that a wider ban could bring additional scrutiny for potential lawsuits challenging it, and the move crazy sex positions to expand the buffer was defeated.

AN ISLAND policeman is facing up to a year in jail for having sex with women members of the public while on duty.

State funds to assist jailed sex offender's release to local motel

BENNINGTON � A case that may have raised constitutional issues
Baltimore Sex Guide about the state's ability to keep sex offenders in custody is moving toward resolution without resolving that issue.
Richard A. Cavagnaro, 58, of Bennington, was scheduled to be released from Southern State Correctional Facility in Springfield on Sept. 21. Cavagnaro had agreed to plead guilty to three counts of lewd and lascivious conduct with a child as part of an agreement that said he would serve a year in prison.
However, as a asian sex pictures convicted sex offender, Cavagnaro is required to seek the Vermont Department of Correction's approval of his living arrangements. When Cavagnaro was scheduled for release he had no home.
The state filed charges that Cavagnaro had violated the conditions of his probation, but Public Defender Frederick Bragdon argued that Cavagnaro was homeless because of a lack of resources.
The state argued that Cavagnaro had been given some phone privileges starting about six weeks before his release date, but had failed to take sufficient action to find a place to live.
On Monday, Bragdon told Judge John Wesley in Bennington District Court that Cavagnaro was scheduled to receive some money from a Department of Corrections fund that helps inmates reintegrate into society after their release from prison.
Bragdon asked for a brief hearing on www forced sex tgp Wednesday to report to Wesley on whether or not the money had arrived.

Cavagnaro has question about sex made arrangements to stay at a motel on Main Street in Bennington as soon as he receives the money. The motel has been approved by the Department of Corrections as acceptable housing for a sex offender.
After the hearing, Bragdon said he didn't plan to raise the issue of whether
