State agencies looking at offers Lolita Russian Sex to house sex offenders

State officials are reviewing three offers from private, nonprofit organizations to shelter free adult sex games and provide programs for sex offenders in settings under 24-hour supervision.
The Department of Correction fat chicks sex and the Judicial Department want beds and services available Nov. 1, according to a state-issued timeline.

After serving nearly 25 years for four rapes, David Pollitt traded a prison cell for a room in his sister's home in suburban Southbury last October. His only other option was a homeless shelter, according to probation officials.

Rell and lawmakers gave the court and prison systems $2.5 million and a July 1 deadline to arrange housing and counseling for 24 sex offenders in secured settings.

The two departments are now evaluating the three responses to a second request for proposals, said Brian Garnett, a spokesman for the Department of Correction.
The responses aren't being released at this time because the offers are still under evaluation. Garnett was unable to say how long the review will take.
Rep. Michael P. Lawlor, D-East Haven, the House chairman of the Judiciary Committee, has questioned and pam sex video criticized the administration's striptease sex efforts to meet the mandate on sex offender housing and treatment.
Lawlor said the Nov. 1 start-up appears achievable, provided there are no holdups in siting a secured facility for sex offenders.
He continued to advocate that the Rell administration convert some unused state-owned building to avoid any possible siting delays.

The contracts will require each facility to have two staff on site around the clock.

There Svet Sex Iger is no way a sex offender can reintegrate back into society.
With all the knee jerk legislation that has already been past. It is virtually impossible for a former offender to become a successful and contributing member of society.
Myths lies and vote hungry politicians have scared the beejesus out of society to the point of national hysteria.
Even best song to have sex to though 95% of first time sex offenders never commit another sex crime, (I bet you won't hear that on the news, Won't get ratings), the opportunity is closed for second chances.

Secret: There IS no 'treatment'. Search the literature. Maybe THAT is why there isn't a rush for responses for the State's proposal. The grant probably would wind up under-funding the program anyway.
The last time the State of CT was involved in any substantive way with 'treatment' of sex offenders was a program in Meriden - I think it was called Undercliff or something - it was a smoldering failure ... sexually acting out adolescents were housed in a dank building and a few escaped, causing all sorts of upset in the community.
This initiative should be driven by the latest research in treatment, not a knee-jerk response to hysteria.
Let's fix the system currently in place to track registered offenders. Let's empower the probationers and staff to actually do their jobs. "

He must also register as a sex offender. Lindholm, 33, confessed to kissing and fondling a 14-year-old female student who played basketball. Family members and friends of the victim, along with members of Lindholm’s family, appeared at Monday’s emotional sex video clips hearing.
