It takes a very long time for most people to learn the truth about the employer they work for. It takes even longer for the worker to get proper knowledge and guidance for any problems that may arise on any job. No one but me cares about whether you get any help or not. The unions that get your dues are playing their own game. Its good guy verses bad guy any time an issue comes up that you might need addressed. You are in the middle with narry a clue on how the game is played. One thing is always certain. They will play their game, not yours. That is how it is. They want to appear credible but they don�t want to piss of the CEOs at the top . They figure that you�re a dummy and that they can play you like a violin. They will decide which song to play and which verse they like best. You must be several steps ahead of them all of the time! In the end, you will have only one friend, your Attorney!
If you do not work within the union things get much simpler. If its about money, the company will do everything they can NOT to pay you more. They will only divulge limited facts about anything that involves their bottom line. They are in business to make money and they figure that its all their money. The more they keep the more successful they become. Its nothing personal, its just business, but if you aren�t smart enough to go around their attitude and you get in their way they will cut your throat, if they have too! When you feel the pain it will be personal! You are the enemy when it comes to more money! If you cannot find a way to prove to them that your worth more money you must learn to take no for an answer and accept it until you find a better job. If you can�t, they will fire you, unless you can find a way to twist their nuts and hold-em in your hand! You had better be vicious and three steps ahead of them at every turn or you will be road kill! Think everything all the way through before you make any move and be sure you have all of the answers to any of the unknowns or just forget about making your move!
If you ever have to break the law make sure that you do it alone and never ever with a knowledgeable witness! Remember, they rarely play fair, so, if you don�t get caught the law will mean nothing. It�s that simple.You will probably feel bad about what you had to do later but that is only normal. It is just your good side shining through. It�s a dirty world out there and the only reason they smile at you is because they are making money off of your sweat and tears. They have you by the ass and they think its just peachy! If they didn�t have to deal with you on the job they wouldn�t. If you were not making them money you would be gone.
I know you think I�m just a tyrant. You think that I�m a crook or a kook. Well, your allowed to have your own foolish opinion about it all but if this is what you think you must still be very wet behind the ears and I will be nice and warn you now. You are headed for a very personal and painful smash-up in the not-to-distant future.
I think this way because I learned it all the hard way. I took it up the ass for years until I finally got wise to their sick games and I told them all to go to hell. Now, I feel better about it all and I work for myself. If I had it to do all over again they would be the ones taking it up the ass and they would never see me coming. (the choice of wording here is just a convenient coincidence) When it was over, it would take them forever to figure out how it was done or who did it because I would use their own system against them. I would do it alone with never a witness. I learned that the harder you work the more they want to SUCK out of you! They are the demons that can never get enough of your working blood. When they are done with you they will start on someone else who is even dumber than you. It�s that simple. That�s how it works in the world of Biz. That is why you must not feel sorry about looking out for yourself.You have a perfect right to be just as nasty as they are if you have to be. Now, here are some more tips.

Here is something that you should know that they never tell anyone. All work places are different and their management is different too. Work places are artificial environments that they have created to make them money. These environments are completely artificial and because they have little to do with the natural world in which you were meant to live they create all kinds of bad side effects. Some jobs are too dangerous, some are too noisy or too hot, some are too cold. Many are very stressful for the human mind but they will never tell anyone this. People end up having mental problems and taking drugs to combat depression and anxiety disorders. They think it is their fault because they are imperfect but they do not understand. These conditions are mostly the result of environmental stress upon their mind and body! Sometimes it is that, in conjunction with a really crappy schedule, that tears their head off. They get drinking problems or drug dependency problems that lead to their arrest or getting fired. They think it was their fault that it all happened. Many times it is not.
There are no rules out there to prohibit a bad environment in which people must work. It is a free country! Well, BUT, sometimes free is bad! They won�t tell you this because they want to call the shots. It�s all about MONEY! The government has OSHA to help enforce some of the most common safety laws and regulations but their enforcement effect is Nill. Most employers get away with doing anything they want to do. They do not play by the rules. OSHA even calls them to warn of their arrival and sometime will set appointments in advance of any investigation for a job related accident or dangerous hazards. (this is true, I have seen it happen!) The company will clean it all up before OSHA arrives.
It is up to you to decide what is bad or good for you, but most people do not know that their work environment is harmful to them. People have way too much faith in others, especially their employer. The employers don�t care about anything except making money and limiting their liability with regard to injured employees. OSHA has nothing to do with protecting your sanity on the job! By the time most learn of this it is way too late for them to fix their plight. They end up sick, injured or dead just at an age when their life should be starting to improve.
Most of the people you know or work with have no idea what you or they are really dealing with. Companies and management today are closed societies and they will hurt anyone who opposes them. They are always 10 steps ahead of everyone when it comes to covering their own ass. Few can fight them and they know this. A career can be ruined with just one phone call from an important CEO. To them, you have no constitutional rights?
These are the times that we live in. I have told you more in this article than anyone else would ever dream of telling you. If it doesn�t make them money they feel it�s just trash. That is why this country is so far down the wrong track. Your constitutional rights mean nothing to any of them. Your safety, religion, sexual preferences, parental rights and your public schools mean nothing to them anymore because your constitutional rights do not make money. That is one reason why morals and ethics in this country have become their non-priority issue. Most big employers don't care if you have to work side by side with Beastiality Boy!
