Abuse Of The U.S. Constitution
In Utah Mine
Tragedy

Tell a friend about us.

What does the average American know about the Constitution of the United States? Do they realize just how important it really is? What affect does it have on their daily lives? Would they know if you asked them? Do they consider the constitution Old Hat or do Americans cherish it for what it represents? Are the original principals and purposes of the constitution still important to Americans? Have we forgotten to teach its message? Please pass this message on to a friend.

I would bet that 9 out of ten Americans cannot even recite to you the first sentence of their sacred constitution! The way they let their boss take away their freedoms youd think that they were totally oblivious to the meaning of the constitution, and its protections. You wouldnt catch George Washington pissing into any bottle at the request of an employer!

Let us remember the constitution and what it was designed to do. Let us revisit this magnificent work and get acquainted with its purpose.

I shall quote one very important man who was very involved with this sacred work.He exposes the heart of this great document.

James Madison, in 1792, Every word of {the Constitution} decides a question between power and Liberty.

Power Vs Liberty, Hmmm, some things stay relevant no matter the age! I wonder what your boss would say about that one? Would your vacation still be denied?

I get the feeling that most Americans think the Constitution was written like some love letter, penned to perfection in front of the fireplace on a cold winters night. A humble pooch lies at the feet of his idealistic owner, completely unaware of what was actually becoming a reality. Few realize that this was not the case. The mighty Constitution is the dreamworks of over 55 of the most important men of historical times and it took years to perfect! These were men who were ahead of their times and who had several things in common coupled with absolute determination rivaled nowhere else on earth! This is what they all had in common.

    1. They hated the abusive overbearing power of the British Crown.
  • 2. They were determined to become free from Britains power.
  • 3. They were sure to prevent this abuse of power from happening here.
  • 4. They were willing to break the law and to fight the British no matter what the price.
  • 5. They were all afraid of failing and this tripled their will to win.
  • 6. Their determination to change the norms of British rule guaranteed that America would be completely different from Britain in more ways than not.
  • 7. They would learn to govern themselves regardless of the costs in their lives.

These men do not sound like any men that I know today. They were not like my co-worker or my Senator. Our forefathers were exceptional thinkers for their times! They were determined to change the Powers of the times into something respectable and practical that would work for them and not the crown. I cannot imagine the brain power involved with this task that these mighty warriors wielded to bear upon the pages of time! It was definitely inspired by the almighty! Normal men are incapable of such feats even when their lives are in the balance. I am surprised that the Constitution wasnt written in their red blood!

Times have certainly changed, unfortunately. I have heard it said that most new high school graduates cannot find the United States on a map of the world! College graduates fare no better! With this in mind, do our judicial mentors deserve their black robes and their lofty positions in the Supreme Court? How can they know the truth when their schools failed to teach it to them? I am left with grave doubts and a heavy heart when I contemplate the reality of our times. Our founding fathers, even in their best hour, could never have foreseen what the new America has become. I am ashamed to be an American. Listen to this!

Did you know that by trying to pass the latest immigration amnesty bill your representatives violated the Constitution of the United States and have failed the people who elected them? I am not being dishonest when I say that. Look.

ARTICLE IV Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution,

The United States shall guarantee to every state in this union a republican form of government, and shall protect each of them against invasion; and on application of the legislature, or of the executive (when legislature cannot be convened) against domestic violence. (end quote)

It does not specify invading armies or militia. It does not specify military violence it says domestic violence of any kind. It is plain to me that in the constitution when armies are referred to they do specifically state army or militia. This quote refers to any invasion of any kind. I think that over 12 million illegal aliens, some of whom are ex-soldiers from foreign armies, does definitely qualify as one hel-l of an invasion! Look there is more!

ARTICLE XIII Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution,

Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction. (end quote).

Any foreign worker being exploited (in any unjust way) within the territories of the United States is against the Constitution and every elected official is expected to uphold the constitution to stop that, Period! By attempting to abdicate their responsibilities to repel invaders or to stop exploitation of immigrants by unethical employers they are all guilty of breaking their oaths to uphold that same Constitution!

There are always those who think that liberty means that they are free to exploit others. They feel that they are free to do whatever they want. Evil profiteers will capitalize on anything good and turn it into total waste by abusing the privilege that liberty provides. These scum bags have no respect for what the great ones were trying to build. Profiteers are shameless scoundrels who will always seek to subvert the good to provide profit for themselves. They are always weaving their web of deceit in unknown places to profit from the sweat and lives of good Americans. They know you arent aware of your rights and they use it! Remember what I am trying to teach you with this tiny tutorial. Profiteers think that as long as they obey the law and pay you to work and suffer for them that it was OK, like when your employer removes your dental plan from the contract, or fails to honor the contract at all, or when they fail to fix safety issues. This was evident at the Utah Coal mine owned by Robert Murray where many men lost their precious lives, and where their families lost their ability to live happily or prosperously toward any future with their father. Children cry at night because their daddy is dead! Mothers cannot sleep because of this tragedy in their lives! They may never recover from this terrible event! Make no mistake about it. I do not lie when I tell you this. Many employers have broken the law in a very grievous manner. This mine owner-operator has a bad reputation for that. The LAW of the land is called the Constitution of the United States. It goes like this.

We the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States Of America.

Many would tell you that the constitution is alive and well, but it wasnt in Crandal Canyon, Utah! Robert Murray and his cohorts did not try hard enough to protect the Americans in his mine. You may think that I am out of bounds with this issue but that is where you are wrong and ignorant of the truth. This is just a smattering of the real truth. This man and his mining partners have a history of this Anti-American behaviour. Every time a fellow American disregards the rights or safety of fellow Americans to gain a profit he or she is violating our most sacred document! It is the reckless abuse of POWER. Protecting Americans against the abuse of power is what the Constitution is all about. Our leaders are not doing what it takes to insure that you get what you should receive from the sacred words above when they knowingly permit dangerous employers to risk innocent lives. It has gone on for way to long. That is why America needs to change and to recommit to the principles of our founding fathers. That is why we are who we are and why we plan to do whatever it takes to change it all. We are tired of the lies and the deceptions and the abuses that the elites like Robert Murray try to force on hard working americans or the helpless foreigners whom they abuse and employ.
