I was not impressed with Brian Ross and ABC�s report on 20/20 about the NBC Pedophile Predator sting that went flop in Murphy Texas. Although ABC and NBC are competitors, it does not change anything. 23 highly suspected child predators were given freedom because there are Roaches in Texas. The word is out! Even the Roaches are bigger in Texas. This absurd debacle proves it!
No, I�m not talking about c_ock roaches. I�m talking about the next worst thing, a Collin County District Attorney by the name of Mr. John Roach. Apparently, he is an impotent snob of a prosecutor with the backbone of a slimy jellyfish. You could beat this professional smuck into complete submission with a wet noodle!
Because of him, 23 very probable pedophiles will be coming to a child near you!
Roach allowed this tragedy to happen because of his selfish, egotistical narrow minded arrogance! I will tell you why.
This professional failure of a D/A Prosecutor made sure that all of the child predators that were nabbed in the NBC Pedophile Predator sting operation were set free with all of the charges dropped!
Professional D.A. John Roach came up with every excuse in the world why it was so important that the rights of probable pedophiles were to be protected by the legal process.Never mind the danger to innoscent children!
He claimed that the NBC sting was turning the justice system into show business. Roach insisted that he had originally warned them not to do it. From what we could see, he wasn�t going to be guilty of trying a case with a dozen witnesses that were able to identify perverts unless he had been the one in charge of the show!
It didn�t matter if their sick deeds or conversations were caught on tape or on camera. Mr. (c_ock) Roach couldn�t trust anyone to do the right thing. Mr. Roach insisted that there was no room in Collin County for amateurs running around conspiring to entrap pedophiles as they were attempting to meet children.
Roach was such a professional prosecutor that he even went out of his way to insist that only the most approved authorities should be allowed to capture perverts or to stage sting operations. Mr. Roach feels that everyone must be selective as to who gets caught and tried or who is permitted to do the patriotic deed.
A citizen�s arrest would never do here in Roach�s Texas especially when children were involved and Mr. Roach was in charge. No one is good enough to snare a pervert unless Mr. (c_ock) Roach sets the trap himself!
It did not matter that there were over a half dozen police officers schooled in police procedures there to tag the suspects when they tried to escape. Everyone had defied John Roach's idea of the perfect sting and had bested him in the process!
I will remind you. Its not the D/As job to tell a cop who to arrest and who not to arrest in the first place. The policeman can make his or her own decision on that call. If the facts and situations warrant an arrest an officer can do so. Period. In all fairness to the justice system anyone is obligated to obey the law or to be arrested if they break it and the police decide to act on it.
One of the police detectives said this about the perverted event. , �The sting operation left a trail of destruction in the community of Murphy. It shattered lives. It shattered careers. I�m truly ashamed to have been part of that.�
Well, that�s no surprise to us at the NFC. When you let someone like John Roach turn the logic of justice on its traditional head, it is only natural that everyone will get hosed. He failed the children and the system failed the children. Maybe, Mr John Roach will change his mind when one of his child relatives becomes a victim, but that is really stretching it. I have found that people like Roach are just stupid and there is no cure in the system of law for that.
What good is professionalism in a job like his if you cannot do the logical thing to protect the children? You should always give children the benefit of the doubt by protecting them first and all others second.
Personally, I would have put all of the suspects before a grand jury and let them decide if it should go to trial. If it failed you would have what you have now, but if they really were perverts we could have protected the children now and argued about the legal mistakes later. The pedophiles would be behind bars and off of the playgrounds and away from our children.
If you listen to John Roach he makes it sound like the suspects had been taken straight to the medieval RACK! His priorities in this important matter were all screwed up!
On the other hand, it was quite obvious that the NBC Pedophile sting was certainly effective! I would expect John Roach to be jealous of this new earth shattering event! He has never been this effective and he never will be. Running the justice system the way Roach does it will garantee disaster! We think that John Roach really got miffed when one of his professional clones got caught up in the same sting and blew his brains out when he realized that he had been nabbed!
I don�t know about you people but I detest Professionals like Mr. Roach. Their point of impact with society is to make sure that everyone knows that they are the only moral authorities that are certified to dispense justice or protection. They are in charge and they�ll be damned if anything gets done unless they stamp their name on it. They want the glory and the recognition of being the Lone Ranger, but on the other hand, they don�t want to do their job unless you give it to them in a gift wrapped box on a silver platter with a big shiny bow and candy cherry on top.
Roach doesn�t care what you (the tax payer) want, it�s what he wants that matters. Mr. Roach wants to retire early with full benefits and a perfect winning record in every case he ever tried.
He is just that selfish. Damn the children in favor of the Roach! Well, the complacent American people are paying for Mr. Roach�s official joy ride and they are getting plenty of excuses for their tax money instead of effective results. In the end, we will get more defiled children and less enforcement and protection against pervert child predators.
Doing the right thing would have required some effort on the part of Collin County Texas D/A John Roach. Putting in a hard days work to nail child predators was entirely too much for Roach. I wonder if his children know how bad he failed them? Do they realize how foolish this looks to everyone else?
What�s the next level of absurdity going to be? Will we need certified Professional film directors and cameramen with PHDs in Criminal Justice wearing black robes to make the arrest? Will these super-high-tech-officers be the only ones who have the only authority to capture criminals on video and audio tape?
What about the police officers? Are they and their eyes and ears suddenly obsolete? Couldn�t they speak for themselves about what really went down?
Will new cops have to go to college and learn how to be photographers, sound engineers, producers and scientists like you see on CSI-Miami before they can make the arrest of a pervert in an alley doing the little kid? Will they have to call headquarters and send in a encrypted video down-link to get the authorization first ?
How about a new exclusive Pedophile-cop trained only to serve Mr. John Roach his coffee and crumpets every morning before they get sent out on an exclusively, Roach approved, Pedophile bust??
I have another question. Can America afford to pay the price for real perfection of law in Roach�s ideally legal fantasy world, or will the children suffer even more before he is made to do the right thing by doing his job? He should be a caring adult who is working to protect them, not the Pedophiles!
We at the NFC have considered this case and from our vantage point it is a perfect example of what happens when you put a humanist secular progressive in a critically legal position. This is what happens when their warped mind cooks on a problem for a while until they get frustrated but can�t handle it. Add to that a huge dose of political corrected-ness, selfishness and laziness and this is the illogical but whacko result that you get.
23 criminal perverts get freedom and the children remain in danger where ever the pedophiles may roam. John Roach made sure that every cop in Murphy Texas feels like they were the ones who got raped.
John Roach makes me puke! He has more in common with the pedophiles that he turned loose back into Collins County than most would ever suspect. He wants them running free as much as they do and that tells me all I need to know about John Roach.
I�ll just bet he would love to fluff their pillows and tuck them in every night! Roach probably belongs to their club and if anyone is qualified they should look into Roach�s hard drive too. Maybe, just maybe, if someone ever gets the message in Murphy Texas, they will eventually snag Roach for something! If that ever happens, and he decides to shoot himself in the head, like some of his other professional acquaintances did, it won�t bother us at the NFC one little kitty whisker.
Personally, I don�t think that the children in Murphy Texas have much of a chance with John Roach in office.
The word is out! Every pedophile in the state is coming to Mr. Roach�s touchy-feely town. Murphy is now a haven for those who believe in the fantasy of progressive humanistic madness, or for people like John Roach who believe that pedophiles are more important than children.
You can look at it any way you want BUT right got wronged! The real law will have to work overtime to stop them from raping more children in Collin County, Texas. I am not perfect but I am very sure of this.
