MAJORA'S WRATH
Back
Majora's Wrath is one of the coolest enemies I've ever been up against and it's not an easy battle either. The mutation cinema highlights the massive whips of Majora's Wrath, and rightly so, these things can keep you down for a long time and they reach across the whole room. It's very tempting to run up and show Majora's Wrath what's what with your Great Fairy Sword, but you won't get more than a few metres before being brutally knocked to the ground, and continually whipped making it nearly impossible to get back up. The way to go about it is to lock on and fend of the whips with your shield, then when there's a break in the onslaught, get out of Z-targeting and run in and jump slash the beast. But don't think it'll be that easy to kill it, Majora's Wrath has more than a few tricks up it's sleeves, oh wait...um...well it has some pretty nasty tricks, wherever it keeps them. One of these is the 'Spinning Eyeball Tops of Death' as I like to call them. Majora's Wrath may occasionally send out a tentacle full of these evil metal deedelies, and the best thing to do is just to avoid them, while still waiting for that critical moment when you can get a shot in off your bow, then run up and jump slash the abomination. Another of the fiends evil powers once again involves his tentacle whips, I call it the 'One Way Whip' he'll spend a little while lining up a shot at you, make sure you're not standing there when it hits because it hurts a fair bit. While lining up the shot Majora's Wrath is open to attacks, so use this opportunity to run in and, cautiously, slash him. Another tentacle aided attack is what I call the 'Strangle Throw', the hulking chunk of evil flesh sends out one of its tentacles at you, wrap it around you, strangling you then it'll throw you over its head and you'll slam into the wall then fall to the ground, only to be pummelled ceaselessly by its 'Spinning Whip' attack. This attack involves Majora's Wrath spinning across the room with its tentacles whipping around the room like helicopter blades, this one is a real problem as you continuously get pounded back down to the ground, then try to get up again, only to be knocked back down again. Avoid being the victim of these attacks if at all possible and if you do fall to the 'Spinning Whip' attack or the 'Strangle Throw', just try to get back up and as soon as you're back up on your hold up your shield, so as not to be caught in Majora's Wrath's attacks again. 5 jump slashes later and Majora's Wrath should be down for the count. You'll get to view a cool cinema of Majora's Wrath's death and peace will return to Termina. All in a days work for our Hylian hero...well three days actually. Now if you've collected all 24 masks, you can go back to Majora's Mask, and any other bosses, and show them the might and fury of the Fierce Deity.
CONGRATULATIONS!!!
