| Aboriginal people have created artwork for centuries. All their creations hold a strong sense of history telling a specific story. One example of this is the family tree. In the family tree, families are represented with symbols such as the wolf or the whale. At one glance, the story of a family and their standing is recognized. Another example is the masks and regalia carved and created out of cedar. Once completed, the masks are used to reenact milestones of the universe, such as nature, wildlife, life, and death. The entire exsistence of aboriginal people can be found in a symbol and a story. | ||||||||||||||
