"X-Files" star David Duchovny leaves sex rehab

LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - Actor David Duchovny, who plays a womanizing novelist on the cable
Quill Sex television series "Californication," has completed a rehabilitation program for

The actor's admission to a rehab facility for treatment of sex addiction was publicly revealed by his attorney, Stanton "Larry" Stein, in late August.
In a statement on Monday, Stanton said Duchovny "has successfully completed rehabilitation."
"He is out and will very soon begin work on his new movie," Stanton

Stein declined to say where the actor had been treated or when he left the center.
In January,

NEW BRITAIN — A businessman who pleaded guilty to having sex with a teenage boy will spend four and half years in prison for sexual assault.
Carl Gemino, 64, the former co-owner of Gem Manufacturing in Waterbury, stood in anal sex video clips New Britain Superior Court in front of free aisian sex friends and family Wednesday, saying i love new york sex tape he was disgusted and appalled at his behavior. "I stand before you ashamed and contrite," Gemino forced sex porn said.
According to his attorney, and friends who spoke before he was sentenced, Gemino suffered from bleeding in the brain that was discovered in 2004. Judge Joan K. Alexander factored that medical condition into the sentence, saying the bleeding contributed to his uninhibited, impulsive behavior.
The sentence was given for sexual assaults on a boy who was 15 at the time of the encounters, which occurred last year. Gemino will also serve 20 years of probation and register as a sex offender after he's released.
Gemino was one of eight men arrested last year after the boy told police he had multiple sexual encounters with area men. Former Waterbury men sex police Lt. Robert Kennedy was accused of assaulting the boy, as was former judicial marshal Donald Beaulieu, 41, of Watertown.
One of the men involved in the sexual activity, Edwin Guindin, admitted in court that he took part in an encounter with the boy and Gemino. Guindin said Gemino introduced him to the boy, and after arriving at Gemino's 6,758-square-foot Watertown home, he and the teenager soaked in a Jacuzzi. The three of them had sex lesbian sex pictures with each other in Gemino's bedroom afterward.
Gemino pleaded guilty in June to sexual assault.
The eight men charged in the case were arrested because the boy was 15 at the time of their encounters. The age of consent in Connecticut is 16, a provision that Gemino's attorney criticized, saying he wanted to shake the lawmakers who created it by their lapels.
"I'm infuriated by this law," said Timothy C. Moynahan, Gemino's attorney.
Christopher Gemino, one of Gemino's three children, spoke on sex techniques his father's behalf Wednesday. He cried during his speech, saying his father had taught him to lead an honest life. However, he had car park sex denied a side of his personality that included bisexual impulses, he said.
Carl Gemino told Alexander his arrest had led him to an understanding about how far he had fallen. Medicine and counseling have helped his medical condition, he said.
"I no longer feel subject to the impulses that were so very persistent," he said.
Although Alexander noted his medical condition, she said there had to be a deterrent to having sex with minors.
"In this court's opinion, this is not a case about sexuality," she said. "This case is about protecting children."
Alexander struck a balance between the sentencing recommendations of prosecutors and Gemino's lawyer. Prosecutors were asking Gemino be sentenced to a decade in prison, while Moynahan wanted daughter sex abused the mandatory minimum of nine months.
When he is released, Gemino will be forbidden to come in contact with minors and will have to submit to electronic monitoring if it's ordered by probation officials.
