Playing is a skill that I've perfected over the past 25+ years.  I'm still a kid at heart.  I'm also a true sitter.  I'm always up for a pajama day filled with plenty of sitting (or napping) at home for hours.  But don't get me wrong!  I can be active when I need to.  I often go to the gym for an hour-long Spinning class or a run on the treadmill.  However, I do prefer playing outside and enjoying a nice sunny day whether it's running, skiing, rollerblading, or snorkeling (in Hawaii, of course).
