Synopsis

This episode could be titled "I Dream of Genie", though it's more of a nightmare for the sisters. Upon rubbing a mysterious bottle they find on their porch, a genie appears and offers them three wishes. Trouble is he's been sent by the Infernal Council, a collection of evil types who are right sick of the Halliwells getting their way all the time.

Their wishes are apparently harmless: Prue, to feel the excitement of first love again; Piper, for Dan to get over her; Phoebe, to have an active power. However they result in: Prue turning 17 again (and being without supernatural powers as a result); Dan turning into an old man; and all of them being pursued by angry dragon whose power to fly Phoebe "stole". When the dragon kills Prue, not even Leo can help, and the girls have to rely on the genie's guilty conscience to make him use the remaining wishes to sort everything out.
