Chick Flick

Synopsis

The Halliwells track a demon to an old cinema where they cast a spell to destroy him. At first they think they've succeeded, but he is in fact merely trapped in the cinema screen. Turns out he is an Illusion Demon who is able to do a Purple Rose of Cairo thing with film characters and send them off into the real world. He unleashes a mob of horror film nasties who are bent on destroying the girls. Billy, Phoebe's all time favourite movie hearthrob, emerges from the screen in black and white (natch!) and does his best to help the sisters; doing a little light flirting with Phoebe while he's about it. Leo is also on hand, but the key turns out to be Phoebe's revelation that the only way to get rid of the House of Horrors types is to kill them in the same way they were killed on screen. Then there's just the demon to take care of! This entails entering the screen themselves to fight him. This is not without its dangers and Phoebe and Piper almost get stuck in the movie dimension before the demon is seen off. Phoebe, for one, is sad to see Billy return where he belongs. Dan sees Piper with Leo, and sees the writing on the wall as well. Dan says goodbye to Piper, knowing she has made her choice.
