I worked for 5 years as the senior necropsy technician at the Pennsylvania State University Animal Diagnostic Laboratory. If you don't know what a necropsy tech does, the above photo ought to elucidate that! :) A necropsy is a post-mortem exam on a species other than human. Most of our cases were calves, cows, chickens, turkeys, pigs, sheep, and deer; but we had the occasional elk, bear, emu, ostrich and tiger!
