Rules

Crew Rules
Every family or body needs a set of rules to work by. We will have a set of rules too that you can refer to when
you're
not sure what to do about something. Hopefully this will make things clear but if you have any questions, message your
squad leaders, and if they cant answer a question you have, you can message me, or anyone else from the
structure.

Rules are made to be followed by everyone

1. Crew Signature
To be recognized as a member of the crew, your signature should consist of this:

Out of my ashes
will rise a new [.b]Phoenix[/b].

remember to take out the "." from [.b] above

2. Leaving the Crew
- No one is to leave the crew without permission.
- Crew officers must get the crew leader permission.
- Other crew members are to get any of the crew officers approval after advising the boss or the underbosses.
- All permissions have no effect until it is posted by the officer who gave it in the proper thread in the crew?s
forum.
-you will need to pay a certain amount of money. You will need to ask me, underboss, RHM or LHW before
leaving and once we give you the permission, you can pay us and then you will be dropped. The money will go to the crew
bank. How much you need to pay will depend on your rank. Almost all other crews use this list. There will be no
exceptions to this rule, so if you cant pay, dont ask to leave.

3. Posting in forums and Mass Messaging
- Post only normal replies and threads in the street, jail and bug forum. Don't disrespect people, and don't spam.
- Don't make useless threads. Do not create rumors and point fingers with copy/pasted events.
- And always post in character in the street forum!
- Only people with a crew position are supposed to start a thread in the crew forum.
- All Crew Forum posts must be informative in nature.
- Crew members may respond to these posts as the case maybe.
- If you have any questions/queries ask your squad leader and/or any other officer of the crew.
- Only crew officers, based on their position, have the right to Mass Message their squads or the whole crew, as the
case maybe.
- Mass messages are not to be replied at, unless the message is clearly stating that you can reply to the sender.

4. Killing
Most important thing first, because people seem to miss it sometimes: Killing is only allowed for Novices and up. If
you're lower ranked, forget it. If we do find out, you will be demoted or HQ-killed.
Additionally:
- Never (try to) kill anyone except people who are inactive for 4 days or more and crewless.
- Never put anyone on the reward list except for in-actives.
- Never (try to) kill anyone at on the wanted list, unless you put them there.
- Never (try to) kill anyone else (apart from crewless IA's) without permission.

5. Witnessing kills/events
For every kill or kill attempt you witness you get an event. Send that event to the head of security immediately, even
if it is an IA kill!
- If it concerns somebody trying to kill you, do as described below under ?Being attacked or loosing safety?.
- If it concerns somebody trying to kill (or killing) someone in our crew, send the event to the Crew Leader and Head of
Security and the other person's Crew leader as well.
- If it concerns somebody trying to kill (or killing) someone from another crew, ask the head of security or your
squadleader or any another crew officer what to do with the event. And, very important: Don?t ever delete your witness
events!!
- You might have to send them to other people as well, and you never know when one of them will come in useful.

Being attacked or losing safety:
If someone buys out your safety, you will receive an event on that. If this happens, report immediately to your
Squadleader and send that event to him, and the Head of Security. If none of them is online, send it to the highest
ranked people in the crew online at the moment and ask for advice. Do not attempt to attack the one who bought it off.
If you can travel, leave the city immediately.

If someone shoots at you and misses, you're likely to get an event about who tried to kill you. If the person has high
stealth, the event may read 'Someone tried to kill you' though. If you are fired at, do not return fire. Instead,
follow the same procedure as with the safety thing: send the event to your Squadleader, and the Head of security. If you
have identified your attacker, and he appears to be in a crew, send the event to that person's Crewleader as well.
If you didn't identify the attacker, do report the incident because there might be people who have seen it.

6. Donating to the crew
Only donate what you can spare! This means you should first gather yourself money to make money for the crew. You can
probably earn more for the crew with stocks if you keep enough cash for yourself. Start donating to the crew only when
you have enough for yourself. Do note that there's a 10% transfer fee on donating to the crew. All donations are
welcome! The more money the crew has the better it is, we use the money to pay off the crew debts, buy a bigger HQ, and
give loans to people. We might not be able to thank everybody personally but do know that donations are appreciated.

7. Ranking up
To gain in rank you need to be active, for everything you do on the game you get experience points, except for gambling
and being thrown in jail. If you work hard, you gain in rank fast especially in the beginning. Don?t ask us if you are
close to a higher rank: We don?t know that!!

8. Activity and absence
Failure to be active for more than 3 days without prior notice, will result in being dropped from the crew.
If you are going to be in-active for three days and over you should :
- Advise your Squadleader and or Capo.
- Post in the proper thread in the crew's forum, advising your absence dates.

9. Trust and respect
Because of certain incidents, it might be a good idea to add something about this topic as well.
Being in our crew means that you can always call for backup from fellow crewmates. If you do need help from your
colleagues, this is a good thing. For example, if you are being threatened by someone else, or your safety is bought
off, we'll gladly help you with your problems, because if someone is attacking or threatening you they are attacking or
threatening the whole crew!

However, if you lie about things or hide things from us, you're not even worthy to be a part of our family. Lying will
get you killed!

The crew is built on trusting and helping each other.  Remember that!
Anyone breaking the trust will be killed.

Always show respect to higher ranks and to the crew officers.

10. Demotion
We don?t like to talk about punishment and things like that, but failing to comply with crew rules, and requests of
squad leaders or crew officers, or being disrespectful to them may subject you to be demoted. So for the welfare of
everybody and the crew, please follow the crew rules, they are made to help you and help us have a unified and strong
crew.

11. Russian Roulette
Russian Roulette is very deadly and I strictly recommend you all that u shouldn?t play it at anytime! Its sad to see so
many people dying for a bit of money!!

12. Restricted cities
Please stay out of the following cities. They are too quiet and many killings occur in them. We do not wish to see
Warriors of Peace members being at the receiving or giving end of silent kills.

Cities to stay out:
- St Petersburg
- Calcutta
- Johannesburg
This is for your own safety

13. Rights
When you are Freeman: invite, manage and promote
When you are Corporal: invite, manage, promote and killed members

14. Getting dropped.
Members that don't work hard to rank will recieve a warning. If you don't work harder than, you will be dropped. We
don't expect you to rank everyday. We don't expect you to play 20 hrs a day. But members that stay at one rank for too
long are most likely to be ghost accounts. We don't have the room for that.

After reading this all, there is only one thing for me left to say. Have fun and enjoy yourself.
