My name is Nicolaj F. Jensen. I’m a 31-year-old single male born in Denmark. Presently I'm living in Carlisle, Cumbria. I am primarily a visual artist, and my ambition is to work with interactive products, web design or digital animation.

I have a wide range of experience with digital media. I’m particularly strong within web design, interactive media and 3D animation. I have significant experience with designing WebPages, both in flash and HTML, as well as designing and texturing 3d models in MAX and Softimage XSI.

I have a very high degree of expertise using the following programs: Dreamweaver, Director, Photoshop, 3ds Max and SoftImage XSI. I have programming skills ranging from fair to very good in Flash Actionscript, Director Lingo and PHP. I have some proficiency with HTML coding.

I’m used to working with narrow deadlines and short production cycles, and I have successfully developed and delivered several multimedia products on a freelance basis. I have also produced animation on a freelance basis.

My main competences include a 2-year multimedia design & project managment course completed 2003 in Copenhagen, Denmark. And a BA degree in multimedie & digital animation at the Cumbria Institute of the Arts in Carlisle. I have a broad range of unique work experiences, which I have found very useful in my work with digital media. Due to my involvement with teams working under high-pressure conditions, I have gained valuable team work and communication skills.

Throughout all my work I display a persistent and flexible approach to the achievement of tasks and work assignments. Digital media is a passion for me, and I work hard to achieve my goals. I’m dedicated, creative and have a keen sense of detail.

I believe I will make a valuable contribution to the future success of any project or task I engage myself in, as well as being a stimulating and inspiring co-worker.
