THE JACK & JILL STORY

 

The Jack and Jill Story was first performed at LA MAMA theatre in Melbourne on April 8th 1981.

It was directed by Paul Adkin and was performed by Carmelina Di Guglielmo. The set design and construction was by Kenneth Evans, music by Phillip McKerracher, graphics by Stephen Pascoe, photographs and puppet manipulation by Wanda Dopierala. 

After its season there it was re-written and re-designed for the ANTHILL theatre August– September 1981.

Other productions have been at the Balcony Theatre, Adelaide (March 1982) as part of the Adelaide festival; the Mill Theatre in Geelong (1982) the Cement Box Theatre in Brisbane presented by the University Drama Society and at Leed's University's Raven Theatre, February 1992, directed and performed by Ali Morland.

Australian Nouveau Theatre published the play.
