Don't recruit noobs. We are picking the best out of the best so no noobs!!!! If you think you have a possible recruit, let a COUNCIL MEMBER OR HIGHER RANKING OFFICER test the recruit out. If you are not accepted, no whining, begging or saying that it's "not your day." Decisions are FINAL!
