Keitaro is second year ronin loser who still clings onto a love that he had from his childhood. He strives to make it into Tokyo University in order to fulfill a promise of attending it one day with his former love. Keitaro's parents kick him out and send him off to go live with his grandmother at her Inn. Little does he know that his grandmother has taken leave and left him in charge of the Hinata House an all girls dorm. When he arrives there he has a little....urm...run in with Naru in the bath. After being chased around the place and having a run in with each of the girls (for these little mistakes he is forever deemed as a hentai) , he runs into his aunt Haruka. Haruka misunderstandidly tells the girls that Keitaro is attending Tokyo University. They begin to warm up to him fast, and allow him to stay there, excited that a person attending Tokyo U is actually in their house. Naru overhears that he is not actually a student at all and comes to have a talk with him. She tells him that she knows he is not a Tokyo U student but that she won't tell the others. After stealing his glasses and sitting on the railing outside of his window Naru gives him a pleasant smile and Keitaro begins to wonder if Naru is the girl from his past. After a few mishaps the others disover that he is not attending Tokyo U and kick him out. Naru catches up with him and takes a picture with him in a booth. As the two are sitting on a bench talking, Haruka shows up and tells him that he is now the Landlord of Hinata house. He goes back and wonders if this Naru could really be her....
