WEEKEND GUIDELINES FOR OPERATION NIGHT HAWK |
1. No individual campfires. PLEASE use Coleman Stoves. 2. NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES OR DRUGS. 3. There is to be absolutely no cutting of green trees or shrubs. PLEASE use deadwood or downfalls only. 4. You must come completely self-contained. This means food, clothing for all types of weather, and camping equipment. However there will be drinking water and toilets available. 5. Leaders are responsible for their own Scouts behaviour and conduct. 6. All private property is out of bounds. Anyone found destroying private property will be asked to leave the campgrounds with full payment being made to the injured party. 7. No troops are to leave the camping area until the offical closing is finished and their camping area has been inspected. 8. Vechiles are not permitted within the camping area. There will be parking available near security. 9. ALL personnel MUST check in at the ranger camp upon arrival. 10. THERE WILL BE ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING WITHIN THE TENTS. 11. Only authorized vehicles will be permitted around the hiking trail during the actual Night Hawk. They will be identified by a revolving light. All vehicles will be equiped with a CB radio. 12. What you bring with you, must leave with you. (ESPECIALLY GARBAGE). 13. There are to be ABSOLUTELY NO PETS allowed. 14. Venturer Companies must be accompanied by an Advisor. 15. Respectful clothing to be worn at all times by both males and females. 16. Appropriate music only will be premitted. |
