PROJECT GUIDELINES FOR
OPERATION NIGHT HAWK
1. Each project is required to have a sign stating what project they are at and what number it is.

2. The project leader must sign the troops score sheets
and if changes have to be made they must be initialed
by the leader.

3.  Each project should have a type of base set up to work
out of, ie.  a tent or lean-too.

4. Each project is the responsibility of the leader in charge.
The area that has been chosen for the particular project
must be set up and cleaned up by the leaders.

5. Each leader should be AWARE that it is a long night,
and should bring along some refreshments for those running the project.

6. The troops that decide to do a project should bring all necessary equipment for the running of the project.
EXAMPLE: Knots and Lashings requires at least six
pieces of rope for the Scouts to tie their knots and enough
poles and rope to do two different types of lashings.

7.  You should let someone know ahead of time if you
choose to do a check point, and if you have any ideas
that would be great. You may also like to call for some
old ideas.

8. In addition to the points awarded at you project.
(Based out of  10 points per project.) Each team will receive
and additional  10 points, 5 for requesting permission
to enter the project site, and 5 requesting permission
to leave the site.  PLEASE remember to give the team
the points if they have earned them.

9. ALL CAMPFIRES ARE TO BE PUT OUT COMPLETELY BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE SITE.

10. It takes everyone working together to make
