| Vladimir Roshenko, faith torn husband to the Lady Kiara Draken Roshenko, has recently risen after 400 years in self induced torpor. Coming back to find his wife much changed, his world much advanced and too much of what he understood about the ways of the world thrown far out of his reach, he struggles to regain the marriage torn apart with his sleep. For now, his lady has offered him her hand, her bed and her home. She gives him insight into the modern nights, but a wayward husband is not something she has much time for in her very busy and well structured and controlled life. The nights to come will see if these two will be able to recapture the nights of old and the flames of passionate love that existed in thier years of youth in medieval times.
