See the NEED and Take the LEAD
Change is what human beings resist most. Yet we all desire it. Change will reshape your vision and your position, change will make us better in the long run. Change is required for us all to use the opportunities available in the Junior Chamber. We have over 400,000 Junior Chamber friends around the world. Some of them are here with us, some are in our own continent, but most are from places far away, yet they share the beliefs in Junior Chamber principles. They work hard to develop themselves and their communities, and represent the future leadership in their cities and countries. This network of friends is the strongest asset we have in the Junior Chamber.
The human mind is but a spring, once stretched, does not return to the original state. The wonderful organisation called Junior Chamber has positively stretched my mind, enabling me to set goals and carefully working towards these goals over time. This has helped me to make modest achievements in my academics, career, family, business and most importantly strenghtening my faith in God. In this organisation, I have learnt and experienced that everything is possible if you believe.

Sowing is an important aspect of life, because without sowing we cannot reap. However, with the Junior Chamber organisation I have found sharing is the most important aspect of life. Sharing your knowledge, experience and love is what to my mind makes the world go round.
Our Attitude has been picked as the spring board to our desired Altitude. It is therefore necessary to regenerate the right attitude by living the creed that will help us to be Quality members in our various LOMs. A little change in how we relate with members, a little change in how we treat the things that concern the people around us, a little change in how we respond to calls from others will help us towards developing the right attitude for higher altitude.

If it has to be, it is up to us. There are difficult choices to make for meaningful change,
if not now,
when? If not by us who? It is a New Day!!

Intents
"This year, our goal is to See the Need and Take the Lead"
Our programs shall be projects that will portray our organisation as a collection of young professionals genuinely relevant to the development of our communities.
We shall strive to improve communication within the organisation (Telephone, Fax, E-mail and web presence) and lay a foundation for  NJC to become paperless in communication by the year 2005 except for  materials related to marketing and sponsorship.
