Rarity 5. 318 Euclid Mammoth Articulated Dumper. 1965-66. This large and attractively coloured model is probably the rarest Budgie of all. It is considered to be the Holy Grail by serious collectors. If there is a box for it, I have never seen or heard of it. The front articulated section is derived from the 242 Euclid Dumper.
Rarity 5. 322 Scammell Routeman Pneumajector Bulk Transporter. 1965-66. This model is one of the rarest of all Budgies, hardly ever seen. It has a hydraulic lift, please click on the photo to see the cylinder body raised. The box is probably even rarer.
Rarity 5. Budgie 322 Routeman Pneumajector. Very rare alternative version with silver hubcaps.
Rarity 5. Budgie 324 Commer Douglas Prospector Duomatic tipper. 1965-66. This unusual model has a tipper that tips sideways or backwards. The mechanism is relatively complicated and has two handles to operate it. One of the rarest Budgies due to its very short production run.
Rarity 5. 326 Scammell Highwayman gas transporter. This was the last large scale Budgie to be produced before the company went into liquidation in 1966. It is now exceedingly hard to find, not least because of its 6 fragile plastic pipes and detachable gates.
