Rarity 5. 268 AA Land Rover. 1962-64. Extremely hard to find in good condition. Comes with opening tailgate. Commands very high prices.
Rarity 3. 270 Leyland Articulated Petrol Tanker. 1962-66.
Rarity 5. 272 Supercar. Probably the most famous and most valuable Budgie model. Taken from the Gerry Anderson Puppet Supermarionation TV series. A forerunner to Thunderbirds. This model is notoriously fragile and is often faked. This is the genuine article and about as good as it comes. The aerial and plastic nose tip are intact. The canopy is clear and uncracked and the decals are 100%. There is scuffing on the wings, but this should always be there due to an error in the original design. No scuffing probably means a repaint!
Rarity 2. 274 Ford Thames Refuse lorry. 1962-66. First version in blue and grey.
Rarity 2. 274 Ford Thames refuse lorry. 1962-66. This is the scarcer second version with yellow cab and blue body. The normal first version of blue cab and silver body can be seen in my Giftset 4.
