| Chapter 1 {<}Have you ever loved two people? Do you think it's possible? I'm one of those people who didn't think it was until now. Me and Jeff were together for 2 years until he decided he wanted freedom and left me. I was a mess for 3 months. Megan finally got me to go over to her house and she had her friend Eric over. Well, me and Eric hung out for a few days and got to liking each other. A few weeks later me and Eric were dating. He showed me nothing but love. I didn't think of Jeff once the whole time.......well until now. Me and Eric were eating dinner when the phone rang.{>} "Hello?"I said "Hey Angel." "Jeff?" "Yea, It's been a while huh?" "Yea, Umm where you at?" "Chicago. Why?" "Just wondering." "So what have you been up too?" "Nothing really, just relaxing." "Are you going to come back to WWE soon?" "No, I can't rite now." "Oh, well everyone misses you. They keep asking about you." "Did you tell them the reason I left?" {<}He didn't say anything{>} "Did you?" "Look I don't want to talk about this rite now, I know I hurt you, but I don't care to talk about it." "Look me and Eric are eating dinner can I call you when he leaves?" "Yea." "OK, I'll call you later" "Bye" "Bye." <}I hung up the phone. I couldn't believe he called me. My mind filled with all the memories of me and Jeff. I couldn't think of anything else. I sat back down next to Eric and continued eating. A few hours later Eric left and I went to my room. I was looking through all my photo albums and then looked through the box that had some of the things Jeff gave me. I opened up this little box and looked at the ring he had given me. I picked up the phone and called is cell.{>} "Hello?" He said. "Hey, it's me." "Oh hey, I've been waiting for you to call." "I was visiting with Eric before he left." "Cool. So how have you been?" "OK, you?" "I've been better." "Nicole I'm sorry I hurt you. I didn't mean to. I just want time by myself I still love you." "Jeff, it's OK, but if you loved me you wouldn't have left me." "You don't know that. You don't know that at all." "Jeff I have to go, I can't talk anymore." "No, please don't." "I have to Jeff......I'll keep in touch." "OK, OK. I love you." "You too." {<}I hung up the phone and curled up in bed. I didn't know what to do. I love Jeff but I think I love Eric too.{>} Chapter 2 {<{I woke up early the next morning, the picture still in my hand. I set it down on the in table and jumped in the shower. Eric usually calls me before I go to work, but today he didn't. All day I was wondering about who I wanted and why Eric never called. Finally I went home. I checked my messages, none were from Eric only 3 from Jeff.{>} Message 1 "Hey Angel I just wanted to call and see how you were doing. Give me a call when you get the chance. Love you. Bye" Message 2 "It's me again. I was just thinking about you. Give me a call. Love you. Bye" Message 3 "When a man loves a women, spends his very last dime trying to hold on to what he needs. Well, this man loves you women, and I gave you everything I had. trying to hold on to what I loved. Baby please don't leave me now. When a man loves a women down deep in his soul she can bring him such misery. When a man loves a women, he can do her no wrong, he can never love some other dame. Baby baby baby your my world. I love you." {<{ I couldn't believe he was singing that. Tears fell down my cheeks and I picked up the phone. I dialed his number but got his voice mail. So I left a message. I then grabbed my purse and headed for Eric's. On the way there I thought about the memories and the way Jeff treated me. Then about the memories and way Eric treated me. Jeff won in both categories. I pulled up in Eric's drive way. I knocked on the door and Eric opened the door he looked at me and knew what I was there for.{>} "Your going back to him aren't you?"He asked. {<{ I shook my head yes and Eric understood. I then jumped in my car. Took my cell out and dialed Matt's number. "Hello?" "Matt?" "Nicole?" "Yea" "Hey, Hun how are you?" "I'm doing good, umm where are you guys tonight?" "Charlotte" "OK, what hotel is Jeff going to be in?" "Sunnyvale room 425" "OK, don't tell him I'm coming please?" "I won't I promise." "Thanks Matt, I'll see you later." "OK, bye." "Bye" {<} I hung up the phone went home and grabbed a bag and put some clothes and things in it and left for Charlotte.{>} Chapter 3 {<{ I pulled up in the parking lot of the Sunnyvale Inn. I saw Jeff's Vett parked and pulled up next to it. I got out and grabbed the piece of paper that had the room number on it. I took the elevator up to the 3rd floor. And found myself standing in front of the door. I knocked and a few minutes later Jeff was standing in front of me. His eyes widened and looked shocked to see me. I smiled and he smiled back. He moved out of the way letting me walk in. He shut the door and turned to look at me. I walked up to him and ran my hand through his hair. He grabbed my hand and held it.{>} "I got your message" I said {<}}Jeff smiled.{>} "I was hoping that would do something." "Yea it did." "I missed you." "I missed you too, Jeff." "So how are you and Eric?" "There is no me and Eric" "Since when?" "Since today. I went over to his house after I got your message to tell him that I couldn't be with him anymore. He told me that I should go back to you, that I deserve you." "He said that?" "Yea," "Niccole,I'm sorry. I love you and I never should have left you. I'm sorry for everything I have done to hurt you." "It's OK Jeff, We both needed time away. I just didn't want to admit it." {<}We stood there starring at each other for a few minutes before he broke the silence.{>} "So are you staying here tonight or going home?" "Well, my intentions were to stay here, I brought some things with me." "When did you leave Cameron?" "Around 5." "Only 5 hours. That's pretty good." "Yea." "Well, I'll walk you to your car so you can get your things." "OK," {<}Me and Jeff walked down and got my things. It wasn't much, I grabbed what I could. When we were walking back up to his room Jeff put his arm around my waist and pulled me closer to him. Which I didn't mind. We went to the main lobby to get me a room. I looked through my purse and my bag and couldn't find my wallet.{>} "Umm Jeff," "Yea?" "I think I left my money at home." "You think?" "Yea I can't find my wallet." "I'll pay for it." "No, Jeff I don't want you to spend your money on me." "It's OK, I don't mind." "Fine but I'm paying you back." "No, your not. I won't take it." {<}Jeff paid for the room and he walked me up to it. He went back to his. I took a shower and got into bed. I looked over at the clock it said 2:00 a.m. couldn't sleep so I got up and put on a pair of shorts and walked down the hall to Jeff's room. I knocked on the door but he didn't answer. So I went down to the lobby and said I was locked out of my room and they gave me a key to his room. I went back up and went to his room. I opened the door and saw Jeff laying in his bed. I shut the door and walked over to the bed.{>} "Jeff," I said shaking him. "Nicole?" He said "Yea, it's me." "How did you get in?" "I went down and got a key, I told them I was locked out." "Oh, what's wrong?" "I can't sleep so I came down here." "Why can't you sleep?" "I don't know, I just laid in bed for 2 hours and couldn't fall asleep, I was thinking about you." {<}Jeff sat up and turned on the light. He looked at me.{>} "You didn't bring pajamas with you?" "No, I forgot them." {<}He smiled{>} "You always forget something to sleep in." {<}He got up and went over to his bag. He pulled out a shirt and handed it to me.{>} "Here you can wear this to bed." "Thanks"I said. {<}I took the shirt and changed. Jeff laid back down and I laid next to him. He turned off the light and left space between us. I think he was scared I would think he was moving to fast or something. He was facing me and I moved closer to him. He put his arm around me. I looked up at him and he smiled.
