XBOX VS. PS2 What is the major delema this holiday season? The new consol systems. The main players in this game appear to be the Xbox, PS2, and Game Cube. But anyone over the age of 5 won't go for the game cube, due to the many happy-go-lucky games and the lack of shoot 'em uppers. So that leaves two. The PS2 and Xbox. Well, lets look at the statistics, the Xbox sports a hefty 733MHz Intel processor, a 10gig hard drive which you can use for storing saved games, mp3's or just whatever, an installed ethernet port, and a crazy 256 audio channels. The PS2 has a custom 300MHz processor, an 8meg memory card(which you have to buy), no ethernet connection, but does support a USB, PCMCIA, and 48 audio channels. Having looked at the facts, it appears that the Xbox is a better choice, right?
