SPECIAL WEDDING MOMENTS 1. When Jess came down the aisle, Nick got very watery eyed and looked like he had a hard time breathing. 2. Neither Joe nor Nick's dad made it throught the ceremony without using a hankerchief or two. 3. Tina was happy as a Mom could have been for Jessica. 4. Yes, they both cried - Jess and Nick. There were tears in Jess's eyes as she said, "I do". 5. Jessica's father, Joe, a Baptist youth minister, gave her away while her mother, Tina, proudly looked on. 6. Nick's father, John, was asked to give the opening prayer blessing the two - he couldn't make it throught without the tears. 7. Drew, Jeff and Justin sang a calm version of "My Everything". The cute part was that Jessica sang portions of the song quietly to Nick {no mic} and was squeezing his hand and winking at him throughtout the ceremony. 8. Nick was very nervous at the beginning of the ceremony, he was breathing fast and hard! 9. When Nick saw Jessica step out onto the aisle, he smiled BIG 10. One question that the minister asked Jessica was, "Jessica, you have waited your whole life for this day, haven't you?" Her response was "Absolutely!" -- The crowd laughed. =============================================================================== Newlywed Vehicle: They whisked away to the reception in a 1937 Black Cadillac with trailing tied-on balloons - no written words were placed on this classic. =============================================================================== TRIVIA FACT: Nick & Jessica will celebrate their Golden Anniversary on October 26, 2052. |
