Pepperdine University
Expenses
Pepperdine is not a cheap school to attend, and there are a plethora of expenses involved in attending this University That one must consider.

+ Application Fee= $55
+ Tuition= ~$28K
+ Books=~$800
+ Average room and board costs about $8k for on campus dorms, and about $5k for rooms alone, dorm or apartment per academic year. The prices between the school dorms and nearby apartments are negligible, the dorms just have the option of a meal plan, which the apartments do not.
+  There are 4 fraternities and 7 sorrorites at Pepperdine, they cost $170-$400 depending on the program.  They do not provide housing because of a ban by the city council.

There are four schools of Pepperdine  under the University's umbrella: Pepperdine School of Law, Seaver College of Letters, Arts and Sciences, Graziadio School of Business and Management, Graduate School of Education and Psychology, and the Pepperdine School of Public Policy.
Pepperdine also has International programs allowing students to spend an academic year in Germany, the UK, France, Argentina, and Italy.

I was surprised that Pepperdine offered so many degrees, and also suprised to see their international schooling programs, which I didn't realize they had.  I think these international programs are a great idea, and provide a great learning opportunity which is attainable no other way than to experiece another culture

                                                       Admission

To even apply to Pepperdine, each freshman has to have included with his application an essay, at least two letters of recommendation, has to have completed high school, and have a high school diploma or equivalent.  It is recommended that you have an interview to be accepted, however it is not mandatory.  It is also necessary to submit SAT and/or ACT test scores, these scores are a large part of being accepted.  The average SAT scores of those attending Pepperdine are between 1090 and 1500.            Four years of math, English, and science,  three years of social science and a foreign language, and two years of fine arts are recommended.    The deadline for fall semester applications is January 15th, and the early action deadline is November 15th.

It seems that Pepperdine is a harder school to get into than I first imagined. It believe it would be hard to compete with students who get 1500 on the SATs, no?  That is unless of course you get 1500 on the SATs, then  you shouldnt have a problem smarty pants.
I seem to have run out of room on this page, so you will have to press
