We invite you to participate the seminar on Okinawan Goju-Ryu Karate-Do, which will take place on January 02 to 06, 2004. Seminar will be held by Vladimir Sitnik – 4 dan I.O.G.K.F.

            January 02 to 06, 2004 at Artemovsky

2. Seminar schedule:

1.       Base technique (I to V)

2.       Kata from Gekisai-Dai-Ichi to Shisochin

3.       Kata - bunkai

4.       Irikumi - Ju fighting technique (punch, kick and wrestling technique)

5.       Examination abd grading on January 05 afternoon

6.       On January 06 - irikumi-ju fight to find out best fighters in different ages (ages: 8-9, 10-11, 12-13, 14-15, 16-17, 18+) without weight gradation

3. Charges:

            Qualification payment:

-          instructors – 20 $

-          others – 15 $

            Living in dojo costs 100 RUR/day per person

4. Kyu exam payment:

            10 – 9 kyu – 10 $

            8 – 7 kyu – 20 $

            6 kyu – 30 $

            5 – 4 kyu – 45 $

            3 kyu - 60 $

            2 kyu – 70 $

            1 kyu – 80 $

            1 dan - 140 $

 

 

Certificates will be given in Okinawan Goju-Ryu Karate-do regional center, Artemovsky.
